Enjoyment Guide

Instructions

Brewing Instructions:

Step 1: Add 17–20g of ground coffee into the phin filter chamber. Gently press down the filter press to secure the coffee. Then place the phin on top of your cup.

Step 2: Pour 20–25ml of hot water at 90–95°C (194–203°F) into the filter chamber. Wait 1–2 minutes for the coffee grounds to absorb and bloom.

Step 3: Add 40–50ml of hot water at 90–95°C (194–203°F) and wait approximately 3–4 minutes for the phin to fully drip the coffee through.

Step 4: Add ice, sugar, or milk to taste.

Instructions

Step 1: Grind 18–20g of whole bean coffee to a very fine setting and dose into the portafilter.

Step 2: Distribute evenly and tamp the coffee surface firmly.

Step 3: Lock the portafilter into the machine and extract with water at 90–95°C (194–203°F) for 25–30 seconds.

Step 4: Yield approximately 36–40ml of espresso with a golden-brown crema layer. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Instructions

Step 1: Add 50g of ground coffee into a container, then pour in 500ml of filtered water.
Step 2: Stir well, cover, and steep in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours.
Step 3: Strain out the grounds to obtain the coffee. Serve as is or over ice, as preferred.

Instructions

Step 1: Add 15–20g of ground coffee into a dripper with a paper filter, placed over a cup.
Step 2: Pour 20–30ml of hot water (90–95°C) and wait 30–45 seconds for the coffee to bloom.
Step 3: Continue pouring 200–220ml of water in a circular motion, allowing 2–3 minutes for full extraction.
