Pure Production Process
Raw Material Selection
Green coffee beans are meticulously selected from certified growing regions, ensuring optimal ripeness, uniform bean size, and the complete exclusion of defective or substandard materials
Pre-Processing
Raw materials undergo preliminary cleaning to remove dust, dried husks, and foreign matter, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent advanced processing stages
Heat Expansion (Pre-Roast Conditioning)
Coffee beans are heated under precisely controlled conditions, allowing the cellular structure to gently expand, preparing the beans for physical treatments in the following step while facilitating the release of latent flavor precursors
Ultrasonic Treatment
Coffee beans are processed using high-frequency ultrasonic waves. This technology generates micro-vibrations that deeply cleanse both the interior and exterior surfaces, enhancing the release of natural aromatic compounds and elevating the purity of the raw material.
Rinsing
Following ultrasonic treatment, beans are thoroughly rinsed to completely remove residual impurities and particulates released during processing.
Structure Stabilization
Coffee beans are brought to a stable state, sealing the cellular structure to lock in the flavor compounds that have been purified and optimized in previous steps.
Roasting
Coffee beans are roasted according to precisely controlled temperature and time profiles, ensuring optimal development of aroma, flavor, and the distinctive color characteristics of each product line
Degassing & Aroma Preservation
After roasting, coffee beans are rested under optimal conditions to allow CO₂ off-gassing, preserve full aroma, and balance flavor, allowing the coffee to reach its most refined state before packaging.
Final Sorting & Grading
Coffee beans undergo a final sorting process to remove defective, broken, or substandard beans, ensuring absolute consistency in finished product quality
Packaging
Finished coffee is packaged in specialized valve-sealed bags,preserving flavor integrity and product quality throughout storage and distribution.
Quality Control & Distribution
